Terms of Use

1. What RevisionBell is

RevisionBell helps teachers schedule revision notes and reminders for their students through Telegram. You own the content you create. We simply provide the tools to schedule, send, and track opens.

2. Your content

Any notes, class names, student lists, or messages you add remain yours. By using RevisionBell you confirm that you have the right to share that content with your students and that it does not break copyright or any other law.

Do not upload or paste material copied from textbooks, websites, exam boards, or other teachers unless you have permission or a valid licence to use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RevisionBell to:

• send spam, scams, or harmful links;
• harass students or anyone else;
• share copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use;
• try to access another teacher's account or data;
• use the service for anything illegal.

4. Student data

You are responsible for getting any consent you need from students or their guardians before adding their Telegram usernames or sending them messages. Only add students who have agreed to receive revision reminders from you.

5. Telegram

Messages are delivered through Telegram using a bot token you provide. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service and privacy rules.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep RevisionBell running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
